App Installation and Account Deletion Guide

1. App Installation Guide
ProCTTH is available both on Android and iOS devices.
Android
Get the ProCTTH app on Google Play
iOS
Download ProCTTH app from the Apple App Store.
Steps to Install the App
Step 1
Open Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)
Step 2
Search for "ProCTTH-Buzzby for Clinical Research"
Step 3
Tap on Install (Android) or Get (iOS) to download the app.
Step 4
Open the app and complete the registration/login process
2. App Account Deletion Guide
You can delete your ProCTTH account anytime by following the steps below.
- Go to your Profile
- Tap the 'Profile icon' from the app
- Scroll down to the bottom of the 'Profile Settings' tab
- Tap on "Delete Account" under the 'Danger Zone'
Important Notice
- Your data collected up to this point will remain securely stored as a part of the clinical study records.
- Once the account is deleted, You will be removed from the Study.
Data Deletion and Retention
When an Account Deletion request is submitted, ProCTTH will delete your personal data associated with your account, subject to applicable contractual, legal, regulatory, and clinical-trial requirements.
Certain information may be retained where retention is required or permitted for regulatory compliance, clinical trial integrity, patient safety, audit, or other legitimate business and legal purposes.
